Rita was our first campaigning "Special". She achieved her Canadian Championship in only two weekends and moved into the "Specials" class. With lots of breed-type and great movement, Rita quickly dominated the Newfoundland ring and her easy going temperament made her a joy to show. Rita surpassed our expectations and was our first Newfoundland to achieve a Best In Show win. In 2002 Rita was ranked: #1 Newfoundalnd #9 Working Dog and became the Top Winning Bitch in CKC Breed history.
